Applications
Protective coating on silver tracks and pads in membrane switches, keyboards,Conductive jumpers in membrane switches or Protection against electrostatic discharge (ESD)
ELECTRODAG 965SS is designed for use in the production of low voltage circuitry on polyester to protect silver pads and tracks from chemical attack and silver migration. It consists of very finely divided graphite particles dispersed in a thermoplastic resin.

ELECTRODAG 965SS can be dried immediately after printing at
temperatures between ºC. The higher the temperature, the lower
the sheet resistance and the better the mechanical properties.
For high speed production, jet drying, infra red drying and drying in
high speed reel-to-reel equipment can be used successfully.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE
1. Surface Preparation
● Surface to be coated must be dry and free on contaminants such as oil or chemical residues.
2. Mixing/Dilution
● ELECTRODAG 965SS is supplied ready for use and does not require dilution.
● Avoid rapid stirring, as this causes air entrapment
● Should thinning become necessary, use Electrodag Diluent 1 or carbitol acetate (1 to 3% by weight).
3. Cleanup
● The equipment can be cleaned with MEK, MIBK, Acetone or similar solvents.
