Masterflex® I/P® wash-down modular digital drive with wall-mount controller, 20-650 rpm, 115V.

IP56 rated motor and controller are wash-down. Protects against splashing—controller box is painted aluminum and has watertight ports for wiring connections.
Motor and controller are connected by a 25-ft (7.6-m) weather-resistant cable. Place components where convenient.
Reversible 1/5-hp motor. Purge tubing before or after pumping; pump fluid in either direction.
Controls: start, stop, prime, reverse, calibrate, and dispense/copy. Input all pumping parameters through the membrane keypad.
Remote control capabilities via weather-resistant connection on controller. Must purchase remote control cable (77300-32), sold separately below. Speed control input: 0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA, or 0 to 10V. Tachometer output: 0 to 20 mA, 4 to 20 mA, 0 to 10V, 2 to 10V, or TTL pulse. Pumping direction/start/stop: open collector or contact closure.
Four-digit LED display shows four different parameters. Flow rate (0.01, 1, 10 L/min; autoranging with tubing size); Dispense volume (0.1 to 999 liters); Copy number (1 to 99 repetitions, 1.5 mL to over 1000 liters each); Motor rpm (1 rpm resolution).
Drive stores one user defined calibration value per tubing size. Calibrate manually to compensate for tubing variations or use the nominal calibrations stored in the nonvolatile memory.
6-ft (1.8-m) line cord with plug—115 VAC: U.S. standard plug; 230 VAC: European plug.
Drive accepts two different pump head types: Standard or EASY-LOAD®
Wash-down modular digital drives/dispensers with their new and improved wall-mount controller are protected from water spray enabling the drive and controller to be washed off after use. The motor and controller are IP56 rated. In addition to all of the features of the modular drives, wash-down modular digital drives have enhanced remote control capabilities.

- 2、签订维修协议由我公司向客户发送仪器维修协议，客户需如实填写内容并回传以便我司对仪器做进一步判断。
- 3、客户邮寄仪器客户可按照我司地址邮寄仪器，并将快递单拍照发送至您的专属客服进行备案。
- 4、详细诊断机器故障我司收到邮寄仪器后会对邮寄的仪器进行拍照并开箱检验，对仪器做进一步故障判断。
- 5、支付维修费用如客户仪器在保修期内，我司不收取任何维修费，如客户仪器在保修期外，我司会适当收取维修费。
- 6、邮寄仪器给客户我司将维修好的仪器按客户地址进行拍照并邮寄，自此虽维修协议终止，但我司将提供终身免费答疑及技术指导。
